I spent my youth with the Boy Scouts of America where I earned my Eagle Scout Honors. The values I learned while achieving my Eagle Scout award carried over into what has since become my passion. My passion for snow and ice removal started 12 years ago with an ATV plowing residential driveways. Since then I have grown my business to where I now command a fleet of over 50 units.

After receiving a full wrestling scholarship to Northern Illinois University, I earned All-American Honors and my Bachelor Degree. I went on to spend six years working for Enterprise Truck Rental as a branch manager for the northwest Indiana territory. After leaving Enterprise, I have been fully dedicated to developing this business with Jeff.

Jen Tierno
I have been active in the Snow & Ice Management industry for over years. As the only women in the company, most are shocked when they learn of my career journey from starting as a shoveler to becoming management. My leadership, work ethic, and commitment to excellence have been key to gaining respect from my coworkers and our clients. After being promoted to manager I furthered my career in Snow & Ice Management and gained my Advanced Snow Manager credential from the Snow & Ice Management Association.
